3. Governing law
Hungarian law applies. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. Disputes are subject to the courts of Budapest unless otherwise agreed in a signed buyer agreement. The purchase of vehicles is governed by the buyer terms.
4. Dealer accounts
Accounts are opened only after manual verification of the company registration, the EU VAT number in VIES, beneficial ownership and sanctions screening. We aim to complete verification within 72 hours of a complete application. We may decline or close an account without stating reasons. Portal passwords are issued by GreenMotion when the account is opened and must not be shared.
5. Sourcing service
Specifications sent through the sourcing service are requests, not orders. Our buyers shortlist vehicles; you decide per vehicle. Where you have given a written bidding mandate with a maximum hammer price, we bid on your behalf up to that ceiling and never above it. The 1.5% buyer fee applies only to completed purchases.
6. Inspection reports
Inspection reports describe the condition of a vehicle at the time of inspection. They are not warranties. Battery state of health is shown only when the manufacturer exposes it via OBD, with method and date. The full report with photos is available to approved dealers in the portal.
7. Liability
Commercial remedies are defined in the Buyer Agreement.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above reflects the latest revision.
