When you lack time to follow auctions, agents bid within a ceiling you approve in writing (per lot or rolling mandate). You receive a pre-bid summary; execution only inside your limits. No surprise hammer — fee still 1.5% on completed purchase only.

Questions dealers ask first

Who can register?

Registered car dealers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland with valid VAT and trade licence. Every application is reviewed manually — workspace access within up to 72 hours after approval.

How is VAT handled cross-border?

Each vehicle is margin-scheme or VAT-qualifying. Intra-EU: zero-rated with CMR and proof-of-export. Norway: buyer handles import VAT locally.

Battery state-of-health?

Only when the manufacturer exposes SoH via OBD, with method and date. We never publish synthetic SoH.

Platform fees?

Flat 1.5% buyer fee per vehicle. No subscription. Agent sourcing: same fee, only on completed purchase.

How does the agent sourcing service work?

After verification you submit a written spec (models, budget, markets, inspection minimums). Nordic agents cover DK/SE/NO/FI; EU agents cover core EU delivery markets. Agents monitor auctions and fixed stock, send shortlists with inspection ID and itemised landed cost. You can bid yourself or authorise agents to bid within a ceiling you set per lot or as a rolling mandate. No fee until a purchase completes.

Do agents bid without my approval?

Never outside limits you document. Default is find-and-propose: you approve each vehicle before any bid. Optional find-and-bid mode requires a written max hammer or mandate band; agents cannot exceed it. You receive pre-bid summaries for audit.

Condition dispute on arrival?

Notify within 5 working days with photos. We review against inspection and CMR. Documented remedy if the discrepancy is on us.

AML / sanctions?

Trade licence, UBO, VIES and EU/OFAC/UK/UN screening before activation. No cash, crypto or third-party payers.

When can I log in?

After manual approval only — typically within 72 hours. Until then, use the public site for landed-cost preview, inspection sample and process documentation. You will receive email when workspace access is granted.
