Cookies we set
The public website greenmotion-auction.com sets no cookies. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
On your first visit a banner asks whether we may log your visits (pages, return visits, IP address). If you accept, a random visitor id (gma-vid) and your choice (gma-consent) are stored in your browser's local storage. If you decline, only your choice is stored so we do not ask again. You can change it under “Privacy settings” in the footer. See the Privacy Policy, section “Visit log”.
The dealer portal at dealers.greenmotion-auction.com sets one strictly necessary session cookie after you log in, so the portal can keep you signed in. It is deleted when the session ends.
What we do not use
No marketing cookies. No third-party advertising trackers. No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel. If we add optional analytics in the future, we will deploy a consent management platform first and update this page.
Local storage
The public site keeps a few functional preferences in your browser's localStorage. They never leave your device and are not cookies:
- Delivery market and language (
gma-market,gma-lang), and whether you have seen the welcome dialog (gma-onboarded). - Vehicles you have saved and your last visit, used to mark new listings (
gma-saved,gma-last-visit). - Your consent choice and, if accepted, the visitor id used for the visit log (
gma-consent,gma-vid). - Name, company, email and phone you entered in the sourcing-service form, so you do not have to type them again (
gma-sm). - Your registration draft while you fill in the form, and the application record shown on the confirmation page (
gma_register_draft,gma_dealer_accounts,gma_session).
You can clear all of it at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
