2. Data we process

When you register as a dealer or contact us, we may process: name, work email, phone, dealership and company details (legal name, VAT number, address), vehicle interests, agent sourcing specifications, and documents you upload during onboarding. Browsing the public site does not require an account.

We use Plausible Analytics (Iceland, EEA) where enabled — cookieless and without personal profiling of EU visitors.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to respond to enquiries, operate dealer accounts, perform AML/KYC checks, and fulfil contracts. Legal bases: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract / pre-contractual) and Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation for AML).

4. Recipients (sub-processors)

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting and DDoS protection. DPA with SCCs.
• Tally Forms ApS (Denmark, EU) — optional form handler when configured.
• Plausible Insights ehf. (Iceland, EEA) — analytics when enabled.

5. Retention

Enquiry and registration data: 24 months unless a commercial relationship is established, then per Buyer Agreement and Hungarian commercial law (typically 8 years for accounting records).

6. Your rights

Under GDPR Articles 15–22 you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email info@greenmotion-auction.com — we respond within 30 days.
