How it works
From application to delivery
Six steps. Every price, document and deadline is stated before you commit.
Submit your dealer application
Company details, EU VAT number, company registration number, beneficial owners and delivery markets. Upload the supporting documents during registration.
Manual approval
We check your VAT number in VIES, review your company documents and screen against sanctions lists. You receive an email when your account is approved, and you can log in from then on.
Browse, bid or use the sourcing service
Live auctions and fixed-price stock. Every listing shows the inspection report, VAT scheme and itemised landed cost for your delivery market. Or send our buyers a specification.
Commit with full price visibility
Place a live bid, set a maximum or buy at fixed price. Every bid is binding. Hammer price, 1.5% buyer fee, quoted transport and registration preparation are shown before you commit.
Settle on one invoice
Pay within two working days of the invoice date, by SEPA transfer from an account in your company's name, and only to the IBAN in your signed buyer agreement. We never send bank details by email. The vehicle remains our property until paid in full. VAT-qualifying vehicles to companies in other EU member states are invoiced without VAT as intra-Community supplies; margin-scheme vehicles carry margin VAT.
Delivery and condition claims
Delivery by car carrier or professional driver to your company's address in the EU, Norway or Switzerland, or collection by you where agreed before the purchase. Sign the CMR consignment note with the driver and note any visible damage on it. Report other discrepancies within five working days and before 50 km. The registration certificate is sent once payment, the signed CMR and your confirmation of receipt are in. Delivery times are estimates.
Try it without logging in
The landed-cost calculator, the eight rotating vehicles and the inspection standard are open to everyone. Bidding needs an approved dealer account.
