This platform (GreenMotion Auction) is for registered car dealers and business entities only. Consumer withdrawal rights under Directive 2011/83/EU do not apply.

2. Operator

3. Governing law

Hungarian law applies. Disputes are subject to the courts of Budapest unless otherwise agreed in a signed Buyer Agreement.

4. Inspection reports

Inspection reports (e.g. reference INS-2026-0421) describe condition at inspection time. They are not warranties. SoH readings appear only when exposed by the OEM via OBD. SHA-256 checksums on PDFs allow integrity verification against published manifests under /inspections/.

5. Liability

Commercial remedies are defined in the Buyer Agreement.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above reflects the latest revision.
