• Condition disputes: Notify within 5 working days of delivery with photos; documented remedy if discrepancy is on us.
• Transport: Quoted transport binding pre-bid where stated on listing.
• AML/KYC: Trade licence, UBO, VIES VAT validation, sanctions screening before activation.
• Agent sourcing: Optional Nordic/EU agent service; bidding only within written limits you approve.
