Documented condition
Every vehicle is inspected by us on arrival, not described by the seller. The condition report describes what we found. It is not a warranty.
What we do
- 142 checkpoints in a visual and limited technical inspection: bodywork, tyres and brakes, glass, interior and electronics, charging port and cables. Not on a lift, so hidden damage may not be detected
- OBD fault-code scan on every vehicle
- Visible damage photographed and referenced in the report
- Mileage stated within ±50 km. A difference of more than 2,000 km entitles you to cancel the purchase
- Battery state of health only when the manufacturer exposes it via OBD, with method and date. We never estimate it
- No guide prices and no valuations: dealer bids set the price

Safe payment
One invoice per purchase, payable within two working days to one bank account stated in writing.
What we do
- Payment within two working days of the invoice date, by SEPA transfer from a bank account in your company's name
- Only to the IBAN in your signed buyer agreement. We never send or change bank details by email. A message asking you to pay elsewhere is not from us
- VAT-qualifying vehicles to a VAT-registered company in another EU member state: intra-Community supply without VAT, provided your VAT number is valid in VIES and you return the signed CMR consignment note and a confirmation of receipt (Article 45a, Implementing Regulation (EU) No 282/2011)
- Margin-scheme vehicles carry margin VAT, which cannot be deducted. Norway and Switzerland: export without VAT; you pay import VAT and duties locally
- The vehicle remains our property until the invoice is paid in full
- No payment after seven working days: account blocked. After ten working days the sale may be cancelled with a fee equal to the buyer fee, at least €500 per vehicle

Transport and delivery
Delivered to your company's address at a fixed transport price, or collected by you where agreed, with a clear procedure for anything that does not match.
What we do
- We arrange transport by car carrier or professional driver to your company's address in the EU, Norway or Switzerland, at a fixed price you get quickly and see before you bid
- Selected vehicles can be collected by you when agreed in writing before the purchase. For a VAT-free sale you then provide the transport or export evidence the VAT rules require, otherwise VAT is invoiced
- At delivery, check the vehicle and sign the CMR consignment note with the driver. Visible damage must be noted on the CMR
- Report other discrepancies within five working days and before 50 km, with photos, odometer reading and the signed CMR
- A documented discrepancy is remedied by repair, price reduction or cancellation. Technical and bodywork claims each carry a €400 deductible
- Excluded: vehicles under €1,500, over 10 years or over 180,000 km, wear parts, tyres, glass and odours, except transport damage and description errors
- Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery

Who can register?
Registered vehicle dealers in the EU, the EEA and Switzerland with a valid VAT number and company registration. We review every application manually and approve accounts within 72 hours.
How are prices set?
There is no guide price. Dealer bids set the price. Every vehicle shows the landed cost to your country for the bid you are about to place.
How is VAT handled?
Each vehicle is listed as VAT-qualifying or under the margin scheme. A VAT-qualifying vehicle delivered to a VAT-registered company in another EU member state is invoiced without VAT as an intra-Community supply, provided your VAT number is valid in VIES and you return the CMR consignment note, signed and stamped on delivery, and a confirmation of receipt (Article 45a of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 282/2011). You account for VAT on the intra-Community acquisition in your own country. If the proof is missing, we must charge the VAT of the country where transport began. Margin-scheme vehicles carry margin VAT, which cannot be deducted. Norway and Switzerland: export without VAT, import VAT and duties paid locally. We do not deliver to the United Kingdom.
Is battery health reported?
Only when the manufacturer provides state of health through OBD, with method and date. We do not estimate it.
What does it cost?
A 1.5% buyer fee per vehicle. No subscription. The sourcing service costs the same fee, only when you buy.
Can your buyers bid without my approval?
No. By default we shortlist and you bid. If you want us to bid, you set a maximum hammer price in writing, and we never exceed it.
What if the vehicle does not match the report?
Note visible damage on the CMR consignment note at delivery and have the driver sign it. Report other discrepancies within five working days of delivery and before the vehicle has been driven 50 km, with photos of the damage and the odometer and the signed CMR. A documented discrepancy is remedied by repair, price reduction or cancellation, with a €400 deductible for technical and bodywork claims. Vehicles under €1,500, over 10 years or over 180,000 km, wear parts, tyres, glass and odours are excluded, except for transport damage and description errors.
When can I log in?
After approval, normally within 72 hours. You receive an email when your account is open.
When do I have to pay?
Within two working days of the invoice date, by SEPA transfer from an account in your company's name, to the IBAN in your buyer agreement. Transport starts when payment is received. After seven working days without payment the account is blocked; after ten working days the sale may be cancelled with a fee equal to the buyer fee, at least €500 per vehicle.
